1. Water Extraction Method for Cannabis Oil

This is one of the most preferred methods for extracting cannabis oil full. This is a solvent-less method where the cannabis plant is submerged in freezing cold water. The plant is then stirred in the cold water which will separate the trichomes from the plant.

When the trichomes fall apart from the plant, then it is passed through various screens. At the end, a cannabis oil product of THC levels 50% to 70% is gained.

2. Ethanol Extraction

Ethanol Extraction method is one of the most common methods used by cannabis producers to extract cannabis oil. This is because, ethanol extraction is an effective and safe extraction. In this method, the cannabis plant is soaked in ethanol to extract THC.

After extraction, the product is taken for a refining process which will enhance the product quality. The ethanol will remove the unnecessary compounds from the substance which will ensure a great taste and concentration. Ethanol Extraction method is also considered safe as it as a food preservative by the FDA.

3. Butane Honey Oil Extraction

This is one of the most widely used extraction methods in the food industry. Through this extraction method, cannabis oil of THC levels at 80% can be extracted. In the Butane Honey Oil extraction process, the cannabis is placed inside a container and then butane is sprayed on this cannabis to begin the extraction method. The cannabinoids and butane are then gathered in another container.

Now, in order to separate butane from the mixture, it is kept to evaporate. A vacuum oven might also be used for the purpose of separating Butane from the mixture. Because of the high flammability of the products used, the Butane honey oil Cannabis extraction method is quite risky. But by closing the loopholes, this method is made safer.

4. Supercritical CO2 Oil Extraction

Although the name suggests otherwise, this method of Full Extraction Cannabis Oil is a non-toxic and eco-friendly method of extracting cannabinoids from cannabis plants. Supercritical CO2 Extraction is that method of Cannabis oil full extraction in which no toxins are left behind.

This method is very popular and is also used in production of tea, coffee, beer and fruit extracts.

In this method, Supercritical CO2 is heated and then passed through the cannabis buds. The liquid then passes through a separator and the CO2 gas is removed from the terpenes and trichomes.

This gas is then pushed through a condenser and this is liquified and then recycled to use again for the extraction. As you might have understood by now, this method requires professional equipment to extract cannabis oil.

5. Isopropyl Oil Extraction Method for Cannabis Oil

In the Isopropyl oil extraction method, isopropyl alcohol is used. The flowers of dried cannabis plant are soaked in isopropyl alcohol and then are shaken with light hands. The isopropyl alcohol separates the trichomes from the plant.

The mixture obtained is then strained in a dish. With the help of a vacuum oven, the solvent is removed. The vacuum oven will keep the temperature under 181 degrees. Once the solvent evaporates, the rest of the substance is the THC enriched oil.
