This place is a “MUST GO” for any vaper new and expert. Tonight was my first experience at Infinity. I’m always timid about trying new vape shops because I’ve only been vaping a few months and I’m not super knowledgeable. I’ve been to other shops in Shreveport and Bossier and they all have pros and cons. Most of the cons include the staff either being rude or not very helpful. It’s very intimidating when you’re standing in front of hundreds of juices and products and no one cares that you’re there. Infinity is an entirely different experience. It’s very one on one and the guys there literally care about each one of their customers. There was another man in the store with me trying juices and we were both treated with respect. The staff go above and beyond to help you find the perfect flavor juice and equipment. They answered all my questions and even offered suggestions. I have never been more impressed with anyone else in town. The people are awesome and the juices are delicious! I recommend everyone try it, at least once, no matter where you’re going now. Trust me, all it takes is one trip and you’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you Infinity for a positive experience. I will be back!

Everything about this place is great. Great prices on hardware and the largest selection of premium ONLY juice in the area! The service at Library of Vapor is incredible! They have a great inventory of both hardware and juice. All quality stuff. If you are a long time vapor or just a beginner, I strongly suggest you try this place out. You will not be disappointed! No better place to get help and advice. My whole family exclusively use these guys. We enjoy the wide selection of juices. Sour diesel is the group favorite. Matt and the guys are friendly and suoer knowledgeable.

Used to love The HotBox, but the past 2 visits, my juice has been horrible, the consistency of matching the flavors is hit or miss, I honestly believe that I have not gotten what I paid for taste wise in 2months now. And customer service has gone out the window, I don’t understand why vape shops are all turning snooty, but the reason I did once enjoy this establishment is out the window. I would not recommend this place to anyone, something is seriously wrong with the juice they are selling, it tastes old, and burnt. Why would you spend money on a flavor that they can’t even get right. The mixologist there needs some lessons.
