First time going into this store yesterday and being a newbie I didn’t know anything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff worked with me to help me find a juice I would like and he explained how the E-cig worked, how to clean it, how to change the wick. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience because he was also funny!

Literally just left this store, with utter disgust and disappointment. The staff very unprofessional and uncaring. As someone new to electronic cigarettes, I figured there would be more willingness to help a customer. There inventory is low and I was pretty much made fun of because I didn’t care that I’d buy a purple colored one. This is one store I would recommend staying away from.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Owner and employees have no idea what is in the fluids they are selling for their ecigs. Recently purchased some fluids that once puffed felt like my lungs were on fire and my heart was about to stop. When returning to warn them of this, their response was “GET OUT OF MY STORE”. No concern what so ever for their customers health or what might actually be wrong with the fluids. There are other ecig locations close by with real customer service and far superior products. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, but it wont let me. I went there earlier today to buy a disposable “Green Smoke” e-cig. when I got it out to my car, the light on the end flashed and it wouldn’t work. A quick google search showed that it was defective. I took it back in and the guy started yelling at me and accused me of lying and going to my car and switching the canister out for a dead one and bringing it back in. He yelled at me again and told me all sales were final. TL.DR This shop sold me a defective e-cig, accused me of lying and trying to steal from them, and wouldn’t give me my money back. I wouldn’t buy anything from these crooks if I were you. It seems that they are in the business of stealing from people.
