I bought a flavor of e liquid called “melon balls of fire” a couple of months ago, and after having let it steep, I filled a brand new rdta with it. This noxious juice was only in the tank for less than two days and it completely ruined my tank. I soaked it in commercial cleaner overnight and still it reeks of cinnamon. When I called to complain, the manager treated me with disrespect, and refused to replace my tank, stating that I was the first person to have this issue, that he uses this flavor “all the time”, and to have me bring it to him so he could clean it for me. I’ve been vaping for 3 years and know how to clean a tank. Hence the beginning of the disrespect. As far as I’m concerned, if I owned a shop like his, I would remember that the customer is always right, especially the educated and experienced customer, and I would have done anything in my power to make said customer happy. Now I sit with a brand new, completely ruined piece of expensive equipment, and a very low opinion of Vapor Craziness. Don’t waste your time or money there when there’s a great vape shop just a couple miles up the street where they treat you with respect and actually try to fix a problem, not treat you like an idiot. Negative 5 stars.

Ok, I have given U Blaze a lot of business and I won’t even walk through those doors again. I have been a customer of U Blaze for over a year, buying batteries, atomizers, juice and other accessories. Then one day they sold me the wrong atomizer for my Nautilus smoker. Not knowing much about the atomizers (since each time the box was different) I opened my box of atomizers without looking them over carefully. Then I realized that the atomizers they sold were wrong. So I took them back to the store for an exchange. Well crap hit the fan and they gave me more grief for wanting to exchange them. The refused to exchange the wrong atomizers that THEY made the mistake of selling me. What was shocking is they knew me as a frequent customer and treated me like crap. After lecturing me about how they don’t exchange atomizers for any customer I got very firm. I was not going to be out the money for THEIR mistake. After arguing with them for 15 minutes (no owner on site) they this one time ONLY would they exchange it. Can’t believe when they make a mistake they don’t own up to do the right thing. Not only that I have spend A LOT of money in their business and they knew me as a good paying customer. I will never step foot in their store and I have told a lot of people who shop there. Well I looked on line for my favorite juice “Five Pawns” and I can buy it directly from the maker for free priority shipping and $12.00 less!! Beware of this store there are many other places you can shop or buy on line and you are not treated as poorly as I was!
