First off, they lied and sold me a counterfeit Magic-Flight Launch Box. I have proof of this happening. Also, the fake Launch Boxes are known to have many workability/safety problems. Check out their website counterfeit list. magic-flight.com/counterВ… So my “brand-new” Launch Box never really worked that well, but then just stopped working completely. Then when I went back to complain. The girl behind the counter opened it up, and I swear to you, ACTAULLY ADDIITTED TO ME THAT SHE KNEW IT WAS FAKE (she knew this because she had sold them/seen them before), but I would have to wait because she would have to call her manager of course. No response for 2 weeks. Went back in again. I was then told (by the same girl) that they check all their products before they place them on the floor to be sold. So basically that I must of broken it by myself and they couldn’t do anything for me. Can you believe that? She also told me very nonchalantly that they “unfortunately” (her word), sell quite a few “fake” items. I am not exaggerating or making ANY of this up. So please check out the website above and think twice before you make any large purchases with this store…I leave you with a quote from Magic Flight’s website… “These counterfeit Boxes sell for much cheaper, perform poorly, and in some cases can be detrimental to your health.” I trusted these people and I will never make that mistake again. I honestly hope you think about it before you make any large purchases from this company.
