My first experience with Peace Out was about 3 months ago. The owner Connie sat down with me for a good hour taking time to find what would fit my needs. I have never found such excellent customer service anywhere. I had a question after hours of course and I messaged her and guess what??? received an answer that solved my problem with ease. Now that is true service. They were more than a store they were there for me and continue to be as I grow in this. My first visit to Peace Out Vapes was 7 weeks ago. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have been tobacco free since. Anytime I had a question or an issue I simply went back to the store, explained what was going on and asked how it could be fixed. They have never had a problem helping me and getting it resolved. My husband had an issue with ” hot liquid getting in his mouth “. We were told the tank was flooding and needed to replace the wick, which only cost a couple of dollars. Put the new one in and was still having a problem so they GAVE him another one and problem solved. They are ALWAYS courteous, NEVER rude. I have recommended Peace Out to everyone that has asked me about my E-cig and I will continue to do so. Thanks to Connie, Julie, Lee, Angie, Erica and Jeff for everything you do. You are the best vape shop around.
