Really disappointed with customer service. After purchasing an X-Pro kit and spending over $150, the employee assembled the unit. Later when trying to remove the battery, I noticed the small allen head bolt was ‘twisted’ off. This prevented me from having access to the battery compartment. I immediately went back to the store and explained it to the manager, he said, “we’ll take care of this and replace” After a 2 week wait, I was told today that it was my fault, and they could not replace. So much for taking care of a good customer…no offer to help rectify the situation, either. ALT Smoke (campus) always has the friendliest employees and I’m always surprised when they say, “you get 10$ off today, do you want to use it?”
