I usually don’t write negative reviews but this is just one of few exceptions. The main manager is very kind and very helpful. But when he’s not around, that’s where things turn. The assistant manager “JASON” is a very arrogant employee. If you make a mistake by purchasing the wrong liquid, pipe, filter….whatever it is, he turns into a rude and unhelpful person then say things like “Talk to my manager” with a sense of arrogance. But if one of his friends needs help, he’ll be more than happy too assist. Then they have their hommies just sitting around on this long couch feets propped on either the couch or table blowing large quantities of vapor. Sometimes as you walk in it’s very thick with vapor that’s blown from him (Jason) and his friends. Kinda gives a sense you’re surrounded by junkies and thugs. So not professional. I can’t believe I continued going there for my supplies….shame on me. I really never got a good vibe from that dude JASON. So after he refused to assist me with an exchange of vapor (WHICH HE’S DONE BEFORE) acting funny around his friends… I told him I’ll start going elsewhere for my supplies. Peace…!

I got my starter kit from here! I love how they carry all branded products. I purchased Cherry and Caramel Macchiato liquid and absolutely love them. Will definitely visit them again soon!!!
