This shop is great, the owner and his staff treat everyone with respect, unlike most shops these guys don’t carry stuff just because it’s new. They also discontinue items with high failure rates and know their products. Also they have a good starting selection of cigars, Wood pipes and the imported tinned tobacco. They have a few really cool hookahs and a active duty and retired military discount.

I purchased a starter kit and the battery broke within a month. I purchased a new one and that battery also stopped working within a month. I bought a new tank and it immediately leaked. They were unwilling to do anything to correct these situations. Their customer service is terrible
