Been in a few times before just to look around and check out there products. I am new to vaping and had a few questions but the staff seem interested in assisting the more experienced customers. I finally got some help the other day and this guy behind the counter was trying to sell me and advanced package-which I don’t need. Have noticed this place marks up prices about 2-3 times more than you can get online. Not very impressed!!!!

After multiple visits and many purchases with The Vape Spot in Yakima I will no longer be doing business with these people. I made a visit yesterday and while talking to an employee I asked “Do you take trade-in’s?” The employee advised “Yes we do as an in store credit.” So the following day I cleaned up my equipment, boxed it up in the original boxes, and made a trip to Yakima Vape Spot to make the trade-in for a large purchase. Well, on this day I meet up with another employee who advised me “Sorry, We don’t take trade-in’s” I’ve been noticing the customer service has been going down hill but was ready to make a large purchase and wanted to keep the money in our area plus wanted support a local business. After this experience I can no longer recommend The Vape Spot of Yakima.
