Use Your Vaporizer Effectively During Exercise! 5Tips for Women

Nowadays, most fitness enthusiasts are shifting from smoking to vaping. It isn’t associated with the tar that may coat your lungs and undermine your workout efforts. Nonetheless, you need the right vaporizer, and no woman can resist that perfect pen style. To get the most out of your vaporizer, you should understand how it works and use it effectively.

1. Preheat & know your temperatures.

 Preheating is critical when it comes to vaping. To get the most out of your device, preheat and allow it to reach an ideal temperature. If you set your vaporizer too low, you’ll achieve a light vapor with very little concentration of cannabinoids. Similarly, too high temperatures will burn your weed and expose you to carcinogens, just like anyone using a blunt or joint.

 Therefore, understanding the temperatures will go a long way. Most cannabinoids vaporize at about 300°F while flowers combust at 410°F. There’s no exact temperature when vaping, but a temperature of 340°F or 170°C would be ideal.

2. Only use dry weed

Choose your buds wisely. Vaporizers work under lower temperatures and won’t heat the product with flame. Therefore, use slightly drier weed than average and inspect it for moisture before loading it to the chamber. To ensure that the bud isn’t too moist, press it between your fingers to determine how it responds.

3. Grind properly 

Use the best dab pen and grind your weed adequately. Moreover, de-stem your buds to avoid fitting unnecessary herb matter to the chamber of your vaporizer. This creates more vapor and makes it easy to grind the herb. Use any method as long as it offers a consistent or medium-fine grind. Grind it evenly to achieve excellent results. However, don’t overdo it; very fine powder won’t vaporize well. 

4. Pack it right!

This is a common mistake among many vapers. Ensure that you pack enough to create a tightly packed chamber. This will help achieve thick and heavy draws when vaping. However, the amount will depend on the size of your chamber. The best trick is to pack until full and press slightly to compress the buds with your fingers. Don’t press too hard, though; some vaporizers are fragile, which can break your device.

5. Take shallow breaths

Vaping is different from using a bong or joint. Avoid deep and fast draws as you would while smoking. Also, avoid tiny puffs as you would when sucking a joint. Relax and take shallow yet steady breaths and be careful not to draw the vapor into your lungs. Also, don’t hold the vapor in your lungs for longer if seeking intense “high” results; weed is absorbed within seconds of inhalation.

 If you love vaping while exercising, there are various ways to get the most out of your vaporizer. First of all, choose high-quality vaporizers from renowned vendors. Set at the right temperature and only use dry weed for heavy and full draws. The vapor from a vaporizer contains minimal carcinogens and is a healthier way to using cannabis than smoking.
