Although this shop is out of my way, I have never had a problem with any of the purchases not being great. I have purchased 3 or 4 mods and at least 4 Tanks not one was a failure. Prices are on par with the other cape shops around. Let’s face it, unless you spend hundreds of dollars on a provari made in USA, all ecigs and mods are off the boat from China. If you get a bad device (electronic) from walmart try to return it after 14 and see what happens!

I was so happy when I saw this store one time going to little Phillies. Then I meet the people, so nice, and ready to teach me things that I didn’t know and when I got sicker (I’m disabled) I can call them to see if I could send my dad by could they get me …. Whatever I need they would get every thing ready and all my dad had to do is go by pay for it and bring it to me, In my eyes the perfect place to go if you Vape.

Great service. They rebuilt a tank I didn’t buy from them to try to fix a weird issue. They spent 20 or 30 minutes on it, damaged the coil in the process, and replaced the coil also. All at no charge. A couple weeks later they gave me a great deal on a new mod to a replace my dead one. Their juice is good, if maybe a bit on the pricey side. Overall good service. Good service after the sale. Some are knowledgeable in all things, others just in certain things, but again, compared to other shops in this area, this one is by far the best.

Wonderful staff, awesome variety of hardware from the beginner to people like me who has been shopping there for several years. I love the Covington location because they are so close to my home. Everyone who works there has more knowledge about their items compared to other similar shops. They also have an incredible variety of e-juiceВ’s from national name brands to superb house blends.
