2 stars because the place has a very small selection of products compared to other places because it’s a small shop. I’ve also been sold 2 mods from there that broke in about 2 weeks and they had a 7 day return policy so all my money was gone. This isn’t the case for everyone though and the staff if really nice and helpful. Best place to go if your in kokomo and don’t want to drive forever to find a full shop.

Horrible service and bad product. Employees prefer to text their friends rather than help customers. Product is expensive and does not last. One pack of 5 filters is 15.50… a pack of the strongest nicotine filters don’t even last a full day anymore. They used to last much longer! There is no was to get in touch with a manager or the owner. There is only one clueless employee in the store at a time. But the biggest red flag is that they have already had to close two of their three stores.

Horrible customer service, they never have stock in, it’s expensive and the filters don’t last as long as they say they do. It’s cheaper to buy Green Smoke online, and the filters seem to last longer.
