Being a smoker for over 40 years I didn’t think an electronic cigarette was an option for me. I didn’t believe that water vapor could be a substitute for tobacco. Three weeks and no tobacco later I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with an Electronic CIgarette. During the course of those three weeks I gradually noticed a difference in my sleeping and eating patterns. I was waking up refreshed and not coughing myself out of bed. When I eat I don’t have that urge to immediately light up but rather take a vape and go. I started out using the VapeStik while smoking tobacco cigarettes and within just a couple days was only using the electronic cigarette. I haven’t had the urge to pick up a tobacco cigarette and will continue to use the electronic cigarette. I appreciate the assistance that VapeShak gave me with transitioning from smoking to vaping.
