Not happy at all with selection of ejuice and most of all customer service! Their prices are not reasonable on products and they have very little knowledge of what they even sell!I purchase a mod box from them and charged it as directions said to (internal battery with charging port) had it two weeks and the charging port became loose and couldn’t charge unit! I live 50 minute’s away from them and when I got home I realize they did give me a receipt.When I went back to exchange mod box at first they told me they didn’t even sell the unit anymore (but I just bought one two weeks before that) so needless to say they didn’t really care about anything but to make sure the That They Found Away Not To Have To Replace unit!No sorry this happen to you, let me see what we can do for you or even a discount if I was to purchase another unit.I owned my own business in the past and I was praised on my customer service which I took pride in.Long story short prices are not reasonable, customer service terrible do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I’ve bought 4 packs of coils from them in the past couple months, only 3 coils in each pack and 1 is always bad out of every pack. At $20 a pack and only getting 2 that work properly, it’s not good. I asked em to replace 1 coil I had just put in the day before I went in, but the guy said NO. He said coils only last 3-5 days, the ones we get online are way cheaper n last longer. Their coils burn up way fast or not enough cotton and juice leaks out every time I fill it! So, wasted juice and money on their coils, waste of time, period. It’s a shame cuz it’s right by our house n now we’ll now be ordering online.
