I actually love this store. I drive 20 miles just to go to this store. They have a huge selection of different flavor juices. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I had a problem with a battery and they exchanged it no problem. I love this store. We have a ecig store locally and I drive the extra 20 miles just to get the juice I like. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

if i could give zero stars i would. theres only one guy that works in here that actually shows empathy. they DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS. especially since now they were bought out by create a cig, theres a create a cig in austin, texas that i go to religiously, and THE ONE IN AUSTIN, always backs their products. kerrville, not so much. they destroyed my moms battery by trying to force a tank onto it (it was one of the big $100 batteries) and then proceeded to tell her that it was her fault cause “her battery threading was messed up” although it was them that messed up the threading after my mom told them not to force the tank onto the battery. after that, she asked if she could just return the tank, not the battery (the tank was a day old) and the owner told her “no exchanges, no refunds) even when it was the tank that was defective. at the bottom of the tank there was pretruding ends that caused the issue with the battery to begin with. moral of the story is they do not back their product. they only care about intake and not about customer service.
