I love this place, I have been shopping here for years, and they have never done me wrong. They have amazing prices on hardware, plus a low price guarantee to boot. Their juice is very clean so it doesn’t burn out your coils in a week like other places and the natural flavorings they use make it taste very good. Everyone is friendly and knows what they are taking about. All around great experience. I recommend everyone to come here.

I will never shop here again! I usually purchase my vape supplies online because I can get it cheaper and have a better selection. However, today my battery died and I didn’t want to wait for a new one to ship, so I figured I would give Avail Vapor a try. I asked the man at the counter for a new battery and a pack of BDC coils, payed for my stuff an went to the car. When I got to the car I realized he had given me BVC coils which will not fit my cartridge. I immediately went back into the store and informed the sales man what he had given me was wrong and asked to exchange. He replied that they don’t carry the type I needed and asked if I would like to exchange for something else. There was nothing else I needed so I asked for my money back. This is where things went down hill. He then informed me that they can not do refunds (this all happened in a five minute period) but he would call and see if he could get approval. After his brief call with whom ever, he again told me that he could not take the product back and that it was a store policy written on the bottom of the receipt. Now I can under stand if it was vape fluid or a tip that I could have had my mouth on or the next day, but these were a sealed pack of coils and I had only walked back to my car 15 ft. from the store front and walked right back inside. This was the most frustrating and ridiculous transaction I have ever had, I will never go back in that store and will advise anyone else I know to avoid it as well.
