I just wanted to mention that I had gone to other vapor stores in Madison and they were not as professional as I would have wanted. When I went to Puff Vapor last Saturday, the nice young man named Joe behind the counter helped me understand the things I purchased at the last vapor store. He went out of his way to really cater to my vaping needs. I just went back to Puff Vapor yesterday and I was greeted once again with Joe’s expertise and professionalism. Puff Vapor is clean and I didn’t feel uncomfortable what so ever! Anyone looking for a nice professional environment for your vaping needs should definitely go to Puff Vapor!

I know I rated a 4 but that is for overall experience. The knowledge of the worker behind the counter was Above average and was extremely kind to me and very knowledgeable. He took the time to go over my entire purchase. I would give him a 5 star for just his patience and knowledge, however, since there were many people who were waiting in front of me before I got there, I waited well over 30 minutes to be helped. The other customers stayed and hung out for the entire time I was there. At times these other customers made me feel awkward… The shop is the size of a bedroom and dont feel its big enough for the same 8 or more people to hang out in the entire 45 minutes. It was the first time I came here, and definitely not the last! 🙂 I will definitely be using this store for all my vaping needs from here on out.
